Every child deserves the chance to experience the excitement, imagination, and joy that comes with Halloween. For many families, however, purchasing a costume is simply not possible when basic necessities must come first.

Each week, The Legacy Closet works alongside community partners to support individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Many of those we serve are struggling to afford basic meals, while others may be experiencing homelessness and have limited access to food.

Donated peanut butter and jelly sandwiches help us meet immediate needs and ensure that no one has to face the day hungry. Every sandwich represents a caring act of kindness from a community that refuses to look away from those in need.
